Established in the year 1985, we, Sathyadeep Engineering Company Limited, are one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of quality welded wire mesh Plants with Accessories and other special purpose Wire Machinery. Our range includes Grating Machine, Grating Lines, Wire Grating Machinery and Industrial Grating Lines, Complete Welded Wire Mesh/ Fabric Lines, Wire Rolling & Ribbing Plants, Wire Straightening & and Cutting-off Machines. Moreover, we also offer various SECO MODEL machines for the production of quality Welded Wire Mesh Fabric for concrete reinforcement and many other domestic, industrial and general applications.

Our manufacturing unit is equipped with the latest machinery that enables us to offer products as per the specific requirements of clients, with low production cost. Owing to our expertise, we have supplied more than 160 Welded Wire Mesh Plants and 1200 Wire Straightening & Cutting - Off Machines, Wire Rolling and Ribbing Plants & other Wire Machinery.

We have been incorporating the latest techniques so as to achieve maximum production, accuracy and high quality. Our organization is continuously progressing under the able guidance of our owner, Mr. I. S. Sharma, who is a Mechanical Engineer. Owing to his 41 years of experience in Wire machinery and strong business acumen, we have been able to deliver high quality range of products to our customers and attain a commendable position in the market.

Infrastructure
Our Company is backed by sound infrastructure sprawling with three manufacturing units, which ensures supreme quality of Welded Wire Mesh Plants with Accessories and other special purpose Wire Machinery. We have installed all the required modern and sophisticated machines and facilities to run a smooth production process. The area of our manufacturing units is 5000 Sq Mtrs, to provide each section with adequate space for its respective functioning. Further, we are also expanding our infrastructure to another 3500 sq. mts. of area to meet the ever increasing demands of our products.
The installed capacity of our manufacturing plant is as follows:

• Model SECO-300 – 3 Nos per year
• Model SECO-250, 200, 160 each – 12 Nos per year

The units are equipped with modern machinery to meet the production demand. The facilities are installed with Boaring Machine CNC (Lathes), CNC (VMC), Planners, Milling M/c, Drilling M/c, Shapers, Surface Grinders etc. The required power supply is facilitated with 182 KVA of Power connections with a DG set of 182 KVA for power failure situation. Our infrastructure facility comprises in-house testing facilities to verify the quality of the products. Apart from this, we also have CAD/CAM facilities to ensure perfect designing of the products we manufacture. The service provided by our dedicated team of professionals also enables us to meet the demands of our customers and provide timely delivery of quality proven consignments.

We also have a well equipped warehouse and packaging unit, managed by skilled warehouse personnel, to ensure the delivery of our consignments in lead time of 120 days. Our spacious warehouse is segregated into different departments to keep a proper track of our range of Welded Wire Mesh Plants with Accessories and other special purpose Wire Machinery. Further, we also use export quality packaging material to pack our product range to ensure a safe and secure delivery. Apart from that, to attain complete client satisfaction, we also provide our clients with custom packaging facility, done at our warehouse.
