SECO MODEL machines for the production of quality Welded Wire Mesh
Fabric for concrete reinforcement and many other domestic, industrial and

Infrastructure
Our company is backed by sound infrastructure sprawling with three
manufacturing units, which ensures supreme quality of Welded Wire Mesh
Plants with Accessories and other special purpose Wire Machinery. We have
installed all the required modern and sophisticated machines and facilities
to run a smooth production process. The area of our three manufacturing
units are 1020 Sq Mtrs, 1000 Sq Mtrs and 1500 Sq Mtrs, whereas Workshop is
set in 352 sq. mts of area and Administration department is allocated in 115
sq. mts. to provide each section with adequate space for its respective
functioning. Further, we can also expand our infrastructure to another 1000
sq. mts. of area to meet the ever increasing demands of our products.
The installed capacity of our manufacturing plant, is as follows:
- Model SECO-300 – 2 Nos per year
- Model SECO-250, 200, 160 each – 12 Nos per year
The units are equipped with modern machinery to meet the production
demand. The facilities are installed with CNC (Lathes), CNC (VMC), Planners,
Milling M/c, Drilling M/c, Shapers, Surface Grinders etc. The required power
supply is facilitated with 50 KVA of Power connection with a DG set of
50-KVA for power failure situation. Our infrastructure facility comprises
in-house testing facilities to verify the quality of the products. Apart
from this, we also have CAD/CAM facilities to ensure perfect designing of
the products we manufacture. The service provided by our dedicated team of
professionals also enables us to meet the demands of our customers and
provide timely delivery of quality proven consignments.

inspection of all products manufactured by us. Using the CAD/CAM facilities
that we have, our products are checked thoroughly by our team of qualified
engineers, at every stage. All the components are manufactured according to
the drawings approved by the design department. Being ISO 9001: 2000
certified, we have few quality objectives that are as follows :
- To achieve optimum production within one year
- To maintain scrap level at all stages of processes less than 3%
annually
- To maintain the customer satisfaction level more than 90% every year
- To maintain deliveries on time more than 90% every year.

16-hours per annum.

Mesh Plants with Accessories and other special purpose Wire Machinery.
Further, we also use export quality packaging material to pack our product
